时间呤唱 Time chanting 2016

Artificial Voice + Solar data

What does time mean for us? This is a work based on a future archaeological perspective. Provides a way to chase the sun through hearing. The humming is done by artificial speech, and the pitch of the sway is determined by the pronunciation of the front and back characters. In a museum of the future, when our time is taken over by the screen, this behaviour is seen as a nostalgic mood and reflection on the poetry of the natural time.

*Inspired by the solar sails designed in Russia in the 1990s. *

Solar point data is provided by the Department of Astrophysics at the University of Cambridge, England.
